We had a fantastic lunch playdate with some friends we don't get to see that often- the Blackburn's- Christopher & Reagan (on the right) and the Grupp's- Bela & Emma (on the left) |
Emerson would rather be in the play kitchen than the real one! |
We can't forget about sweet Katie Blackburn also- only 2 months younger than Emerson. I see a great future playmate. |
During the warm summer months, the Children's Museum of Rock Hill is a wonderful place to cool down and let your imagination run wild. Emerson was a train conductor |
and a stowaway on a pirate ship. |
Grocery shopping- not one of my favorite thing to do with both kids. Thank goodness for the car carts to keep them entertained! I am glad that Emerson is big enough to sit in there with Eleanor now. |
Post-nap cuddle time |
Sprayground cool-down |
Eleanor's 1st 100 piece puzzle! It was about different careers and she chose about 10 of them- I have no doubt she will do it all! |
It took Emerson all summer but he finally enjoyed the bouncy chairs at the Y waterpark. |
This little brother wants to be wherever his big sister is |
And Eleanor is happy to be there to teach Emerson everything she knows! |
For the last day before school started, we went to Space Kidets for some jump fun. Emerson found lots of open space to crawl |
Eleanor found some big slides to go down |
This active girl had a blast jumping up and down |
This sweet boy wasn't sure what to think of it, but I think he will be doing it all soon! |
Action shot! |
Exhausted cutie |
