Many faces of Eleanor

For a change, I thought I'd share a few still pictures of me, although that's hard for Mommy to get me to do- BE STILL!! I do love the camera, so I don't mind stopping to say, "Cheese!"

Am I a ham or what?!

Mommy and I got our "ashles" (my word for ashes) together last Wednesday, but mine were almost gone already!

I prefer this seat instead of my Elmo chair and it's more fun to take all the stuffed animals out of the basket first and throw them all over the floor!

Thanks to Rich Miller, who came to visit 2 weekends ago, and took this great picture of me as Janis Joplin. Thanks, Mommy, for your hat, scarf and sunglasses which complete the look.

Check out my Spanish & counting skills!

Since the videos are so popular (and it's the most fun way to capture me lately!), here are 2 more to show you what I've been learning:

I love my friends!

This past week has been a busy one with lots of friends! I really do love all my friends and have started adding them to my nightly prayer with Mommy & Daddy.

Here's me and Emma- she was scared of this fire truck, but I convinced her it was OK and I am proud of her for being so brave and riding on it with me!
My friend, Ayla, and I enjoy curling up under a blanket and reading stories together.
My friend and neighbor, Campbell, turned one last week! We went to her Winter One-derland party on Sunday and even in 70 degree weather, the snowflake theme was perfect! Campbell really enjoyed her cake and she let me help open her presents. Thanks, Campbell, for letting me read one of your new books!
Check out my awesome crown that I made at Campbell's party. I feel like a true princess with it on (and Mommy says that I am!)

My new favorite spot

Whenever I get quiet, Mommy knows where to find me: sitting in my glider reading a book. Since I've learned to climb in and out of it really well now, I love to open up my favorite books and read them to my friends, well, mostly, Edgar the doggy.
I may not know the words yet, but I try!

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

It's plain to see that I love my Daddy very much and I want to wish him a very happy birthday! I hope you enjoy your special day!

Thanks to my Daddy who taught me the Sesame Street theme song too. Now, for your listening pleasure:
